All participants must be 18 years old. 2. What should I bring? A pair of 5-10lb dumbbells, Yoga mat, Towel and a bottle of water. 3. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Text or call Ireyna at 410-903-7407 4. Is the workout for all fitness levels? Yes! we have exercises for all fitness levels. Provided that you are in good health and cleared by a physician. 5. Should I eat before the workout? Yes! A light snack should be consumed 45-60 minutes before your workout. Some examples of great pre-workout snacks are: - fruit with Greek yogurt -apple with peanut butter -protein shake -Almonds -Banana with peanut butter 6. What if I will be late?Participants who show up more than 5 minutes late will be invited to come back to our next class.The workouts are designed with you in mind and require proper time to warm up and to prevent injuries.
