Tyrese: Born on December 30, 1978 in Watts Quarter, Los Angeles, California as the youngest of four children in his family, he, along with his siblings, was raised solely by his mother, Priscilla Murray Gibson, after his father left them in 1983. This multi-talented guy first gained national attention when he showed up in the 1995 Coca-Cola TV commercial as its new face of the year upon winning a talent search held by its company, subsequently led him to other appearances for Guess? also Tommy Hilfiger.

Afterwards developed a successful modeling career, Tyrese apparently could not push aside his wish to develop a career in music industry, a goal he had aimed to achieve since he started singing at the age of 14. Already made his foray into screen production through one-time performance in several TV series, such as Hangin' with Mr. Cooper (1992-1997) and Martin (1992-1997), he then released his self-titled debut album on September 29, 1998 under RCA Records. It amazingly became a smash hit over the country in quite a short time, soaring to the top position of Billboard Heatseekers also the top 20 of Billboard 200 and ultimately was certified Platinum.

Scored a fantastic income of more than 236 million U.S dollar worldwide, the flick consequently catapulted the 25-years-old hunk to .international attention, giving him larger opportunity to secure more high-profile film roles, like those in Flight of the Phoenix (2004) and Four Brothers (2005). The new album is a soulful blend of R&B, rock, hip-hop and romance-in true trademark Dru Hill form. There are several key local and national radio promotions, performances and interviews scheduled for the release of the album. Kedar Massenburg, President and CEO of Kedar Entertainment, is very excited to work on their reunion project. “I’ve always been a fan of Dru Hill and I’m happy to be in partnership with them,” says Kedar. “We look forward to further developing the Dru Hill brand and exploring the numerous marketing and promotional opportunities available to them. Including solo releases from Sisqo, and Nokio’s rock group (Black Angel Down) .

In 2001, the group disbanded so that members could pursue solo careers. Dru Hill group member, Sisqo went on to achieve international success with the acclaim debut album release, Unleash the Dragon, which included the mega hit, “Thong Song.” The album sold over eight million units worldwide, while former group member Woody went on to pursue a career in Gospel

This year, Dru Hill will star in a reality TV series titled Sweat’s Platinum House, produced by label mate Keith Sweat and airing on CENTRIC. The series is guaranteed to keep audiences glued to their seats and further demonstrates the group’s provocative and edgy swagger. In addition to Sweat’s Platinum House, Dru Hill’s member Sisqo also stars in the London based (UK) TV sensation, Big Brother. The show has already garnered international visibility for the group and is an excellent marketing vehicle for the CD project.

SWV: Before there was Destiny's Child, the hottest trio of R&B singers were SWV. These Sisters with Voices churned out R&B hit after hit and sold over ten million records in the process. After disbanding in the late '90s, they recently reunited and are back on the road. Their fifth studio album will be released in 2011 and an extensive SWV tour is expected to follow. SWV formed in 1992 with three childhood friends, Cheryl Gamble, Tamara Johnson, and Leanne Lyons. After sending Teddy Riley a five track demo, they earned a recording contract with RCA Records who helped produce their debut album. Released in 1992, It's About Time, featured five hit singles including the #1 single "Weak", and earned SWV a nomination for Best New Artist at the 1994 Grammy Awards. The album was certified triple-Platinum and SWV was the flyest R&B group on the soul scene. They followed up with their sophomore album, New Beginning, which was equally formidable. Their third album, Release Some Tension, was released in 1997 and featured collabos with Puff Daddy, Missy Elliot, and Snoop Dogg. After releasing a Christmas album in 1997, the girls disbanded and focused on side projects.

In 2005, the girls announced a plan to reunite and release new material. Since then SWV tour dates and concert performances have been scheduled periodically. They have performed at the 2008 BET Awards and in 2010 at the Mo'Nique Show. They signed a record deal in 2011 and have been busy working on their comeback album.
