    Free concerts begin at 10:30 a.m. at the City Hall Concert Pavilion. Attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket, lawn chairs and a picnic. A parking garage is located across the street from pavilion. Concerts may be cancelled due to weather or other circumstances. Call 301-258-6350 for more info.
