Half Day Meditation Retreat
Join us at this half day retreat as we explore the Four Foundations of Mindfulness- the Buddha's Path to Awakening. Learn the basics of how to establish mindfulness through meditation practice as well as in daily life. We will explore the fundamental teachings of the Buddha through discussion, Q&A and short guided meditation sessions. Appropraite for beginners and experinced meditators. Please bring a bag lunch or snack.
